I have been trying to use briefcase with a rewritable cd and I cannot get it
to work. I can create the briefcase on the cd, but when I try to use the
briefcase on the second computer, the files all become orphans. And, I am
trying to put my outlook file in the briefcase as well, and that either
won't copy to the briefcase on the cd, or when I try to open it on the
second computer, Outlook crashes and I cannot get the program to work. Is it
just impossible to use briefcase with a CD or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks,

Richard

Outlook PST files must be writable.
Built in Windows software will NOT allow you to use a Rewriteable like a
floppy/hard disk-type material. That requires a third party application.
