Trying to share a printer

In the properties dialogue, under the sharing tab when I
select "share this printer", with share name "HPDeskje",
and I select ok or apply, I get the error
message "Printer settings could not be saved. Could not
complete the operation". I have tried removing and
reinstalling the printer to no effect. Does anyone know
what this problem is?

If your account does not have administrator privileges, log off and log onto
the administrator account or an account with administrator privileges or
change the account to give it admin privileges under Control Panel Use
Accounts.

Let us know.

My account does have administrator priviledges, that was
one of the first things I checked.
