trying to send an email in outlook

i'm trying to send an email to an email address that ends .org outlook comes
back with the following error 550 <[email protected]>... Relaying denied

your Outlook version is?

Does your Outlook normaly works with email or do you always get this errror?

Are you using an Exchange Server or a local installation?

Have a look on this site :

i can send email but only have this problem with one email address connect
through virgin broadband bt provide my SMTP

Hi asphy,

and does your provider has a website with "configuration information" with
your Outlook version?

Did you check this website?

If you select in Outlook "Tools/E-mail-Acounts" => select "available e-mail
accounts => select the e-mail account and click on "Edit".

Now click on "Check account settings" (or something simular).

Do you get any error message?
