trying to send a secure file

I am trying to send a zipped up secure file via outlook and it is hung up in
the outbox- it is 22MB zipped up anyway I can compress it more.

you cant do this with microsoft access 2003

you must upgrade to access 20004 by clicking here:

Try asking in a newsgroup about Outlook - this one is about security in
Access, the database product.

it is a secure access database. I deleted a bunch of queries and reports
and records that I don't use and it the size does not appear to go down not
sure why???

Try doing a compact/repair.

In addition to Keith's suggestion to do a compact and repair, if you used
the security wizard to secure your database, it encrypted the file. The
compact/repair will gain you some room, however when you zip it you'll get
little/no compression.
