Using MSOffice 2003 and MS2000. Method in "Help" does not work. Prints
inbox entries. Cut and Paste not working because cut or copy not
highlighted. CTRL C doesnt work. No print capability in "Contacts" window.
I do not want to connect old and new computers because of fear of exporting
problems that caused me to buy new system. Willing to re-enter by hand if I
have the addresses. Guess I could cut and paste from old messages, one at a
time.

Close Outlook 2000, make a copy of your Personal Folders (.PST) file, take
this to your new machine and put it in a folder on your new machine's hard
drive (make sure to NOT OVERWRITE any existing .PST files). Open Outlook on
the new machine, go to 'File|Open|Personal Folders File', navigate to the
..PST file you moved, and open it. Drag contacts from the old .PST file's
Contacts folder to the new Contacts folder.
