trying to install "word,2000"

Whenever I try to install the disc that I have, It says
that I need a code. The code is supposed to be on the back
of the cd case, on a yellow sticker. It is supposedly a
25 character code. I do not have this code, therefore, I
cannot install and use my software. Please help!! Where do
I get this code?
 
Call Microsoft, they should direct you to help desk, where someone should
help you get a new product key.
