Trying to insert a field from the "table" into a "form"

Well, I've been successful in the past, but for some reason the program will
not allow me to access the field list from the tables I've created when I go
into the "form design".

Does anyone have this same problem? Have you solved it?
 
Is that based on a query or a SP?

Because if something is wrong in this query because table alterations then
The field list is not populated.

I figured out what was happening. That was some time ago now and now I've
forgotten what I did to fix the problem. Thanks for answering my plea for
help!!
