trying to get rid of Sasser worm, can't turn off system restore??

Hi
I have discovered that I have Sasser Worm. I downloaded Stinger as per instructions, but I was told to turn of my system restore (http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/). For some reason, the System Restore tab under my computer's System Properties is gone! Does anyone know what is going on? What should I do??

Probably you are logged on as a limited user. For the system restore
tab to appear, log on with an account having administrative
privileges.

If you can't turn it off this way, go to Start > Run > services.msc
scroll to system restore service, right-click on it, choose properties
and disable it.

After you have performed the disinfection chores, don't forget to go
to services.msc and turn it on automatic.
