trying to edit a scanned form.

I have scanned a form and would like to fill it in on the computeer. It has
been scanned to the PDF suite and when I try to access it I get a command
that it needs acroxch or a program that will access PDF. How do I do get
that?

Word has no ability to do anything with PDF files beyond displaying single
page PDFs as objects.

You *may* be able to insert such an object as a background image in Word and
create a document over it using tables to locate the texts, but the amount
of work involved makes it completely impractical for a one-off. Use a pen
.... or a typewriter.

What you want to do can't be done without a lot of time and work. If this is
a one-time deal, it really isn't worth going thru the efforts.
