trying to e-mail?

some e-mails won't go. gives a defualt mail client not installed box?? i've
ask a few people and they're also stumped! this is only when you click on
some e-mail addresses?!
 
Windows version?

Default Mail Client?

What /should/ happen when you click on an email address link? Is this
sudden, new behavior?
