I click on favorites and the Web addresses are there. I clicked on organize
favorites and the new window opens but there are no Web addresses their just
a red X. in the upper left-hand corner. How do I populate the window with
the Web addresses? Right now, I am not able to delete or reorganize any of
the Web addresses in my favorites window.

Done,

I tried typing the command that you recommended under the start run window,
but it says that the file is not found. How do I reinstall the file? Also,
I believe that I had these problems start after I installed the service pack
two, but I do not see how that would have removed that file.

Hi,
Sorry. Lost track of this thread. Did you mistype the command
regsvr32 /i shdocvw.dll
It's easy to leave out the space between 32 and /i
Try copying and pasting that command.

Next, the VBS script available at http://windowsxp.mvps.org/olereg.htm may
help.
(This paragraph)
"This occurs due to missing OLE32 registration. You may use the following
VBScript to correct the above problems. Download olereg.vbs and run the
file."

Hope this helps,
