trying to connect via remote assistance

I am trying to connect to a friends computer to help him
with a problem. We are both using MSN Messenger. There is
a message that appears and says something about the "Host
computer and not being able to connect.

Does anyone have any ideals on this subject.

Any ideals on how to correct this?
