Trying to add News to the Go menu in 2007 Outlook

Adding NewGroups to Outlook 2007: Cannot find "news" listed under the Go
Category while customizing the standard toolbar. I would simply like to get
NewsGroups up and running.

Since Outlook doesn't "do" newsgroups anyway, just use Outlook Express or
WIndows Mail (which is what Outlook does).
