After I put the first 4 floppy boot disks and format the hard drive, then it
asks me to put the windows service pack 1 CD instead of the Windows 2000 CD
to install the OS... Why is it asking for this never has before and how can I
get rid of this? Thanks!

Probably the reason is that the 4 floppy disks you used were created from a
W2K CD that was integrated with SP1. If your machine supports boot from CD,
you don't need to use the floopys. just boot off your CD

How about booting the machine with your Win2000 CD
instead of using floppy disks? Much, much faster and
no problem with service packs!

Your CD-Rom is probably a slip streamed install. Try replacing the file
txtsetup.sif on the first floppy with the file (same name) found in \i386
directory on your CD-Rom.
