Wow. I just put some Olympus Pictorico Pro Hi-Gloss White Film in my
Canon i950, and this really points up the advantages of inkjet printing
and digital. What a superb image, from ANY medium. Just like a
Cibachrome, only better. Try it sometime.

You got me interested Gary.
I just ordered a 10 sheet trial package of 8.5 x 11s.
Years ago (about 40 years ago) I dabbled in Cibachrome.
As you well know, it was in a class by itself.
I kind of miss that "in your face" mirror finish.
It's not right for everything, e.g. portraits, but for nature shots,
Cibachromes were awesome.
Thanks for the tip.

You're welcome - thanks for the response.

I just got some more paper from B&H - it's not available in the stores
around here - I thought the Canon High Gloss Film (HG-101) would be
great, but when I got it I opened it up and it is shit. Very thin stock,
no great surface, just not in the same class as the Pictorico.
