This Browser is really fast to start, no more DSN error, faster, clearer,
more stable, safer plus P2P browser and News browser.

It uses IE. How then can it be more stable than IE?

"This Browser ...". Oooh, no more DSN. Except DSN (delivery status
notification) has to do with *e-mail*, NOT with browsing!

From http://www.infoworld.com/article/04/12/02/HNdeepnet_1.html, "The
free Web browser is based on Microsoft's IE". Uh huh. Build a fort
atop a shack. Since the same libraries get used for IE as before, the
same security risks and behaviors are exhibited. "Deepnet Explorer
seeks to protect users against such attacks by blacklisting known
phishing sites". You can get BHOs to add anti-phish toolbars to do the
same in IE (GeoTrust's toolbar, FraudEliminator, etc.). This type of
"protection" is reactive in that it notifies you AFTER you go there.
"other security features, such as a "content control" function that
allows users to block ActiveX controls and other potential security
risks". Yeah, like it is absolutely impossible to just disable all AX
downloads and execution within the security settings already there.
Duh. Or configure those options to prompt you instead of just going
ahead with the download or execute of an AX control.

"Deepnet Explorer is one of many browsers built on top of Microsoft's IE
browser engine. Others include Maxthon, NetCaptor and Optimal Desktop."
They left out AvantBrowser. Although I still use IE, adding a shell or
front-end "browser" app atop of IE is not going to improve security
beyond what is already there (or still lacking).

You chose DeepNet so it must be the best, huh? Time to take off that
egotistic badge of honor in thinking you made such a wonderfully expert
and wizardly decision to use DeepNet, and go back to hiding in the
SBC/Pacbell crowd.
