I have just implimented an A.D Domain and have been trying
to establish and verify a trust relationship between my NT
Domain and the New A.D domain. Each time I try and verify
the trust from the A.D domain to the NT Domain, I get a
secure channel error message and the trust can not be
verified. The NT Domain controller verifies the trust just
fine and I can access everything in my A.D Domain. I
should say I have three domains total. Two NT and the new
A.D Domain. Also, I am able to verify the trust between
one NT Domain and the new A.D. Domain but not the 2nd NT
Domain.

Check that your AD domain can resolve NT domain. This is the most common
problem. Do you have WINS server on the network ?

Yes I can resolve the NT Domain names. I have wins
installed in my NT Domain and it's configured in the IP
protocols of my A.D domain controller. Each time I try
and verify the trust between the domains, via the A.D.
Domain Controller, the trust is broken and I get a trust
relationship has faild error message. I have Domains A,B,C
Domain A is NT, Domain B is NT, Domain C is A.D. I can
successfully establish and verify the turst between Domain
B and C but not between Domain A and C.
