I've uploaded my webproject to the ISP, now when testing I get this error

I'm reading about trust level, I tryed to set the trust level to Medium:
<trust level="Medium"/> but that didn't help, maybe there were some
additional settings I had to apply?

Any ideas?

if the ISP has it set to full trust in the machine.config, nothing you can
do will change that.
Any ideas?

What is the actual code that is causing the problem? That is what you need
to determine. A good candidate would be something the requests items off
the file system. Another would be some COM library (or perhaps even third
party .NET library) you are using. Without a clue of where the actual error
is, I cannot guide you.

peace and grace,
