Trust between AD domain and NT domain

We have a W2000 AD Domain in mixed mode with no BDC. We
have a bidirectionnal trust with a Windows NT 4.0 Domain.
So users in both domain can give permission on their share
to users on both domain. We intend to transfert in native
mode. Will the trust be affected and are we still be able
to assign permission as we did before.

Yes You will be able to operat in the same way as in this moment
