"Trust all installed add-ins" doesn't help

I ran my add-in in Outlook 2003 successfully for quite some time. I
was wondering why the same add-in brought up the famous security popup
when accessing Item.Body on a colleagues machine but not on mine.
After our IT did an automatic re-configuration of my Outlook it don't
work on my machine either. However, the "Trust all installed add-ins"
flag is on. There must be something else. My add-in is coded pretty
well following the guidelines (uses Application object, etc).

What did they do when they reconfigured Outlook?

That's exactly what I don't know. Must be something with policies.

Did they point your client to an Exchange server Outlook Security Settings
folder by adding the CheckAdminSettings policy? If so, then it may be that
only COM add-ins specified on the items in that folder are trusted.
