Can anyone tell me what 'Truncate spyware scan history'
means and what it does. Should I be doing anything with
it, or leave it alone. Also is it safe to delete some of
my scan history as there is quite a list of them now and
I am not sure how many it will hold before it fills up.
Thanks for any help.

Your spyware scan history may eventually become so large that you might want
to truncate the entire scan history log. When you truncate a scan history
log you remove all the scan histories from the log except the last scan that
was run. To truncate your scan history, click on Truncate Spyware Scan
History at the bottom of the scan history list.

Note: if you truncate your scan history you might loose some statistics such
as the number of scans run.

Thank you for your help. I wasn't sure, as when you click
on truncate, a box appears asking if you really want to
truncate, so I wasn't sure if it was safe or not. But can
you tell me if there is a way to just delete some of the
scan history, without losing it all. Thanks again.
