If Y values are too spread , I would like to show all values, but at the
same time respect the proportion for most of the population of data.
(it's typical for wide-spread statistic data ).
Basically, I would like that "Y" axis doesn't show an interval in which
there are no elements .
Usually , in other presentation axis is like this :
