Truck Maintenance Database

Access 2003: I am looking for a Template for a Truck Maintence database that
will keep my mechanic up to date on all issues with the trucks and due dates
for any maintenance. Has anyone used or created such a database that would
be helpful to me?
 
Keith, thank you very much for this information. Have you used this
particular database from this website before. Do you know what it covers?

I have one but it's for sale. http://www.granitefleet.com/ Lots of
improvements will be coming soon as well. Including detailed PM
scheduling by kms/miles/hours.
