trsansfer complete addresss book from AOL to new MSN Contacts?

Looking for some help! I am trying to transfer my address book from AOL to my
new email server MSN. I sent an email from my aol address with all the
contacts CC. Once I open the email in MSN it does not allow me to save
anything but the address from myself.What about all the other addresses..HOW
acan I ahcieve this???
