Whenever I connect to the internet, I get the following
error: "Remote Procedures Call (RPC) services terminated
unexpectedly" then windows shuts down.

How can I fix this problem?

Hi Arlene

U have a virus on your pc.Probably the blaster virus.
Using another pc go to www.norton.com & download the
blaster removal tool & use it on the infected computer
while in safe mode.

Hi,

You have a virus in your computer, the only way to remove
that is by downloading the removal tool from Symantec and
a patch from Microsoft.
