What OS??

My Computer/Right Click/Properties/Adanced and in the Startup and
recovery disable the stupid Restart on error option. Then see the XP
help on how to use the Event log and it's viewer.clear the logs and
then see if it points to the problem. You can do this from an F8
bootup/Safemode if required.
HTH :)

The computer restarts before it gets to Windows. Wont boot to safe
mode either.

Bugger :/
Remove all PCI devices and make sure the AGP card has,"Clicked" into
place.
Then pull power cord out and find and use the Clear CMOS jumper.

First make sure the CPU fan is working.

Then do as Colin suggested.

If it still reboots, take the mainboard out of the case and do as
Colin suggested.

Good luck.

First make sure all your hardware is mounted correctly and firmly.
Apply thermal paste (id not done) to your cooler and check the fan is
working.
Make sure your RAM is of adequate type and supported by the motherboard.
Update to latest bios version (10.09.008) if not yet installed (you can
check the version in the bios).
Check all your bios settings. Disable memory acceleration fort testing and
set your memory to "by SPD"; set performance mode to auto.
If your PC still doesn't boot, even in safe mode, I think you'd better
reinstall XP.
