Troubleshooting password

We have a website which was published using FrontPage. I
want to go into the site and make changes but it will not
let me put in the password. Says I do not have permission
to access this website. Why? I have done it a 100 times
before. Any response is greatly appreciated.
 
Have your host check / repair the FrontPage Extensions.
