troubleshooter/help menu/script error

When I'm in the help menu and try to go thru
troubleshooting on any topic, when I click next
and internet explorer scrip error message pops up!
Hmmmm anyone know why?

I am told that these commands will fix the problem. I have
never tried them myself.

regsvr32 /u %SystemRoot%\system32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\hhctrl.ocx

Was I to run these in "run"?
Well that's what I did.
It didn't fix the problem.
If there is anything else to try,
I would appreciate it.
 
You best run them in a Command Prompt:
- Click Start
- Click Run
- Type cmd.exe {OK}
- Type the commands I gave you. You will now
be able to see any messages that are generated
by the commands.
