Troubles opening e-mail on outlook office

Hello, I just moved to high speed internet, since then we have had some
troubles gettimg to our e-mails the message I get is "keybdmgr has caused an
error in (unknown) Keybdmgr will now close. Can not find phone book entry.

Can you please Help me....

(e-mail address removed) ( This is the only e-mail acount that works at the
moment.)
