I can not see to be able to keep the watermark established in one place. I
would like to poat the watermark in the middle of a template. But each time
I preview the template, the watermark appears to be in the top-left corner?
Are there tips to re-size and adjust the watermark correctly?

G'Day Dr Nole,

IF
you use Format>Background>Printed Watermark .....
THEN
all the hard work will be done for you.

The watermark is 'anchored' in the Header. If you double-click
the Header (View>Header and Footer), you will be able to Select,
Edit/Format and Move the watermark which is usually WordArt
(for text) or a picture.

Even though the anchor is in the header, the watermark itself will
print behind the text in the body of the page.
