trouble with viewing web pages

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help?>
When i look at Ebay there are loads of boxes with red X's
in? How can i restore the page please so that i can view
the links

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Options > Advance (tab), scroll down to
Multimedia > make sure that "Show image download placeholders" is "not"
checked and make sure "Show Pictures" is checked.
