Trouble with newest security update

Since downloading the newest updat from windows automatic update, I have had
problems with windows freezing up and running slow. How can I remove the
update or fix the problem?

Add/Remove Programs > check the 'Show Updates' box at the top > You're
looking for 'Windows XP Hotfix - KB890175'
 
Thanks! I found it and removed it, but I am still having problems. My system
is still having little freezes like littl hiccups. I've run my nortions
windows doctor, scan disk, clean sweep, virus scan, spybot, and anyother
diagnostic program I could think of, and none are showing a problem. Any
ideas on the next action I should take?
