Trouble with links to my E-store

I signed up on thriftestore.com because of their great prices.
They have a crappy template store you can use or upload your own pages to the FTP site.
My intention was to use my frontpage and all of the links to the various departments would be the template pages.
I hyperlinked all of the depatments to my jump page.
They work fine when i'm using the template store, but when I activate my frontpage, the links cease to work.
Any ideas?
