Trouble with Finishing movie

When I try to save my movie to my computer to finish the movie, movie maker
only saves the audio and about 1 second of the pictures. There is no actual
video in my movie, as it is all scanned pictures. My movie is about 40
minutes long, so I am not sure if it is too big or what my problem is. I am
trying to finish it by saving it to my computer so I can put it in Nero to
burn it to DVD. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix the problem?
 
Complexity is sometimes a concern but since it stops apparently after the
first picture I would be more apt to look at the images you used. Either a
bad/corrupt image file or an unsupported filetype.
What is the filetype for your images?
 
all of the pictures were jpeg files. Strangely enough, when I try to save it
to cd, the images come through for about 13 minutes, but when I save it to my
computer, only that 1st second shows up and then the pictures go blank, but
the music continues to play. The audio is mp3.
 
The audio is possibly the problem.
Sometimes MP3 works and sometimes it doesn't.
Try converting it to WAV or WMA and then use that.
