trouble whit windows xp professional 2002

How can i create an administratörs accont when there is non in the computer.
I did have it erlier and took it away and now i cant fix it back? what do i
need to do?

Hi,

Use the original, built-in Administrator user account to create a new
admin account. It is not possible to delete this built-in Administrator
account, so it will always be available.

To log on with the built-in Administrator account, boot into Safe Mode
(tap F8 repeatedly early in the computer/Windows startup process).

If no user logon appears in Safe Mode where you can type in the
user account name "Administrator" (or click on it), press
Ctrl+Alt+Del twice. Note that the name of the account can be different
from "Administrator" if the OS is not in English, e.g. in the French
version of WinXP the name is Administrateur, and at least based on the
info at the link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321305/sv/ it is
Administratör for the Swedish version.
