trouble w/importing favorites

I am having trouble importing favorites from another
computer. I export them into a CSV file, but when I go
to import them, I get the message "Not a valid Bookmark
file". I have done this operation before & it has always
worked. What am I doing wrong?

Also, does anyone know if I can import/export file
folders I have created within OE's local folders from my
desktop to my notebook computer?

How did you export your favorites to a CSV file?

Did you try IE's File | Import and Export?
