Trouble viewing entire page in print preview

When I bring my resume up in Word 2003, it shows normal on the screen. When
I go to print preview, the right hand text is cut off the last 1/3 of the way
horizontally and when printed, it also misses the print on the right side of
the document. I thought it might have something to do with "shrink to fit"
but I'm not sure how to get the entire page back and printed?

if the whole text is horizontally skewed, then my first guess would be
unresolved TrackedChanges in conjunction with a print option to display
them.

OTOH, ff PrintPreview and Paper show cut off text, this sounds like a
printer driver/setting issue.
