Trouble viewing a website

I've been getting the following message with
http://www.moneysupermarket.com/

For the past 6-12 months. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?


Technical Fault

A technical problem has occurred with the page you were
trying to view.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience



I am using MIEN 6. Everyone I've had contact with can view this site so it
seems to be an IE thing.

Have run Sophos, McAfee, Trend and Norton anti virus, also System Mechanic
Pro Adaware and Spybot

Exactly, this is what everyone is telling me, so why do I have the problem?

Can you view it with another browser? If not that would contradict
your assumption.

What else have you tried to change to change to avoid this symptom?
E.g. deleted Cookies, and the TIF? tested and reinstalled scripting?

There is a popup window associated with your problem page.
Have you tried disabling any popup stoppers you have?

Also there is some strange source which inserted a popup in front
of the DOCTYPE header (which among other things causes the page
to be invalidated).


Have you notified the web site to ask for help?
