Trouble syncing from Outlook

When I use Active Sync 4.5 to synchronizer my HP iPAQ 510 Voice Messenger, I
receive an error message: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop.
Sup[p[rt Code: 86000108
 
Go to start/run, and type:
%temp%
Delete all the files there, and restart to test the active sync.
