Good Afternoo

I am unable to send out an email (html or plain text format) to
distribution list which contains about 100 people. I am using Outloo
2003 and windows 2000 with SP4

I can send out an email to individuals and small Distribution lists 1
to 15. Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this problem, or i
it just inherent within Outlook 200

Thanks in advanc

It has nothing to do with Outlook and everything to do with your provider.
Ask them.

Many ISPs limit the number of addressees for a single e-mail. This is
justified as preventing themselves from being used for spamming. It
also has the effect of limiting costs attributable to mail volume.
Commercial accounts, which are more expensive have fewer limits.

This is not an ISP issue. I forgot to mention that this is on
University system network and there is no limits placed on the th
mail server within the University environment

You left out a couple of things: Like the nature of the issue itself and the version of Outlook you're using.

It's still a mail server issue, not an Outlook issue. Only your mail server
can impose these limits.
Check with the administrator of your mail server.
