trouble sending e-mails with an hotmail account

I can't send emails with my hotmail accoun, i check the settings and its right... i dont know why...

this is the error message:

Assunto '', Account: '*******', Servidor: 'smtp.live.com', Protocolo: SMTP, Resposta do Servidor: '250 HELP', Porta: 25, Secure(SSL): Sim, Erro de Servidor: 250, Número do Erro: 0x800CCC7D



(i'm portuguese so my windows mail is in portuguese of course)



Translation: Subject'', Account:'*******', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 HELP 'Port: 25, Secure (SSL): Yes Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

You need to change the SMTP Port in use from 25 to 587, on the Advanced tab
of your accounts properties.
