TROUBLE PAL/NTSC

hello evrybody

I'm using movie maker 2, when I save video and try to burn it to a VCD (using nero express) it says in the properties window that it is a PAL format video, (my setting in mokie maker is to be saved in NTSC), the main problem is that after I burnt the VCD and I play it, my DVD palyer plays it ok, but my TV just show lines, (I've read the manual and It says this happens when the format is not NTSC), please help me ASAP, Is there a patch for this issue, should I reinstall movie maker,??

In which format was the original video (the one you captured)?

the file was originally in .WMV and I mixed it with some pic's(these pic's where in .png format, created with macromedia fireworks)

But was it a PAL WMV or an NTSC WMV?
