Trouble ordering WGA kit

I am running a so-called non-genuine copy of xp (no service packs) on my
computer and cannot update to get activex to work... How do I get to the
order page without updating this... the test page told me that my activex is
not working but couldn't fix it. So where do I order from?

Also, I have made sure that all activex controls are allowed. I just don't
think that any are installed... Did these come with the service pack upgrades?

What do you mean "so called non genuine copy of XP" is it genuine or
not.
If it is realy a genuine copy of XP, get on the phone and take MS to
task, if not, you have no business seeking assisance here.

Well if it's windows, it's genuine. it's not a different program...
 
I ran the installation (SP2) I got this error

"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer."

I have checked to make sure Cryptographic service is turned on and tried
restarting it... it still won't work

Any Ideas??
 
Yeah, I tried all of those this morning... I gave up on the WGA after that
and just bought one from a store.
