Oh wow. I opened a file created in 2002 into the new 2003 and the column
formatting is gone. I don't want to have to recreate this. Instead of
everything being on one page, there a new page for every column break.

Any thoughts. I wasn't expecting this! - total surprise.
Thanks in advance.

Any chance that you are in normal view rather than print view?

Good suggestion, but nope. That was the first thing I checked ... tried all
the views.

Ok ... I figured it out ... it was in the new "read" view.

I opened an existing document and it opened fine. However, when I clicked
"read" view ... to see if that's what I was stuck in before ... I couldn't
get out of it. That's wierd. It showed track changes by default, for some
reason. Hmmmm???

Good suggestion, but nope. That was the first thing I checked ... tried all
the views.
