trouble opening 1 (one) website like Bert 2/10/2004

I have been using this website for several years. I use ME. Other people have no problem. It has recently changed hosts from my isp to a different one. Please help.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
