Trouble installing print perfect to windows XP

I'm attempting to install Print Perfect Platinum Pub.
Suite on my hard drive (MS XP) Can't find "windows
explorer" on hard drive for first step. Only Internet
Explorer exists... Cannot install this program. Help?
 
Just use Start>Run, then click browse and find the
setup.exe on the CD your wanting to install.
