Trouble in Security Land

I have set up all the appropriate groups within my
database and assigned the rights accordingly. I wanted to
set up passwords for the users, however, every time I
click on the change password tab, the current user shows
admin. If I change the password, it only changes it for
the admin and not the user. How do I set up passwords for
the users?

Any help would be appreciated.

*You* don't. They do. As Admin all you can do is clear someone else's
password in situations where it has been forgotten. You don't get to set
or view them.
 
You don't. When they sign on (with no password) they will go in and create
their password.

If you want to sign on as each of them and create one you could.

Before going any further, you have not secured your database properly. The
dialog suggests that you are logged in as Admin.

At this point in your securing, you should not be logged in as Admin -
indeed this user shouldn't have any permissions to do anything.
