Hi folks,
I just had firewire installed in my machine, and I'm trying to import images
from my digital video camera (Canon MV830i) using Movie Maker. The wizard
starts up, but after I fill in all the requested blanks a message pops up
"Class not registered" and I get no further. I can't find any reference to
what the message means anywhere, is it my camera it doesn't lime or what. Any
hints would be greatly appreciated.

Image? As in Still Images? You
don't need firewire for that. I would
suggest that you purchase a USB
memory card reader and use it
to download your images direct to
a folder on your hard drive from your
Memory card.

Or...maybe your computer or printer
has a built in multi-card reader.

Then import the images into Movie Maker
by going to...File / Import Into Collections.

And...if the project is all still images...you
might want to have a look at PhotoStory 3:
