trouble getting in

My boyfriend got a computer from someone (I really don't
know) and so far that I can see nothing wrong with it. One
problem though. They have Windows XP Professional and you
need a password to get into it. How can I reset it or
something? I need to get into the actual computer system
cause I have things to do!! HEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP!!!!

You could try to log on with the original Administrator user:

How to Log On to Windows XP If You Forget Your Password or Your
Password Expires

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
