trouble emailing embedded jpegs

I am trying to email a presentation with embedded jpeg
files and the presentation's going through but the jpgs
aren't showing up. Is there a special way I need to save
before sending? I am sending from a Mac to PC users - have
not had this problem before? Any help appreciated.

Try turning off Quicktime compression before saving the file. I've
received files on my PC from Mac users where the images tell me a QT
decompression is required (or something like that). ISTR someone here a
long time ago saying that if he elected to not use the QT compression
when saving the PPT file (or maybe the JPGs themselves), that helped him
when sending files to people on PCs.
